Supplies

  • Testors
  • Dullcoat
  • White Glue
  • Water

Before you Begin:

  • Two ways to give your figure a finished "plastic" look:

Method 1
Step 1

Testors Dull-coat has the sheen of the Kenner SW figures, dries quickly, is an all-around great product that is available in brush on or spray at most Wal-Marts/ Hobby stores, etc.

Method 2 By Unknown (edited by the webmaster)

Once hardened most, if not all, sculpting putties will retain a rough and earthy texture that will not match the smooth finish of a plastic figure.

Step 1

Mix a dab of white glue with a teaspoon of water together.

Step 2

Once it is even throughout paint the glue onto the putty surface.

Step 3

When the glue has dried it will harden into a smooth finish that you can base coat.
