This
article describes repositioning knees into sitting position
in steps 1 - 3. the fourth step will be needed to straighten
bent legs or reposition elbows.
Step 1
Cut
wedges of plastic out from behind his knees. This will allow
them to bend as if jointed.
Step
2
Take
a straight pin, use pliers cut off the cap and trim to about
1/2 length.
Step
3
Use
pliers to push the pin into the top of figure's knee and then
push through into the knee joint. The pin will hold the knees
bent for a permanent sitting position.
Step
4
If
the joint is visible, you may need to fill seam with putty
and may need to touch up paint.
