Step 1

Cut the Lightsaber hand off an Obi Wan figure. Cut the right hand and forearm from a Han Solo figure (cut about ½ inch above the end of the shirt line).

Step 2

Using the hole in Obi Wan’s arm as a reference point, shave and cut the excess arm above the Han figures wrist line it can be plugged into the hole (once in the hand will fit tight and be able to swivel much like the hand on the modern Luke Bespin figure).

Step 3

Fill the back portion of Obi Wan’s arm with epoxy clay and let it cure.

Step 4

Paint the Obi Wan figure tan and dark brown on his inner robe, boots and belt (I painted the belt buckle gold as well).

Step 5

Using a robe from an Episode I Accessory pack place the robe on the figure and include the blue version lightsaber from a vintage Luke Jedi Knight figure.
