Take the Dremel and cut off any part of the Battle Droid that you want to be removable.

Step 2

If it's an arm drill a little into the body big enough for the magnets. If it's the chest drill into both sides big enough for the magnets.

Step 3

Glue the magnets in the right places and test to see if they are strong enough.
