Before You Begin:
What I mean by darker flesh paint, is darker than white, but not quite as dark as Adi Gallia.
A Reference photo of Rabe would help.

Step 1

Pop the heads off both Adi Gallia and Mon Mothma

Step 2

Cut off the entire front section of Mon Mothma's cape with an
X-acto knife.

Step 3

Paint Mon's dress a light bluish green

Step 4

Paint the inside of Mon's cloak light purple and the outside bluish green.

Step 5

Pull the headpiece (or whatever that is) off of Adi Gallia's head. Shave down the remaining brown band with an x-acto knife.

Step 6

Paint the shaved-down section flesh-colored (a flesh color that is slightly lighter than Adi's) on the lower part and brown on the upper part to create the appearance of and forehead and hair. (you may need to add a little sculpy onto Adi's head so the hood wont fall flat.)

Step 7

Continue to paint Adi's remaining skin.

Step 8

Paint her eyes brown and her lips pale pink.

Step 9

Pop the Adi Gallia head onto the Mon Mothma body.

Step 10

Sculpt the front piece of the cloak onto your figure. It should be a kind of
l"U" shape that starts just below the chin and stops just below the waist.

Step 11

Sculpt an oversized tie-like thing that ends around where the ankles would be.

Step 12

Sculpt the hood onto the figure. Use your finger or the end of a paintbrush to smooth the edge of the sculpy onto Mom Mothma's cape so you don't get edges that stick up. Bake the figure.

Step 13

Paint the cape part of the front of the figure bluish-green. Paint the outside of the hood that color too.

Step 14

Paint the inside of the hood the same purple color as the inside of the cloak. Paint the Naboo Royal Emblem in purple down the middle of the tie part of the cape. Paint two triangle like lines neat the neck part ofthe cape. Let dry and you're done!
