Step 1

Put Adi Gallia's robe on General Leia (or any human female figure you want really.)

Step 2

Sculpt the front of the Handmaiden's robe onto Adi's cape. Bake the figure

Step 3

Paint the cape Maroon and the Naboo Royal Emblems down both sides of the
front pink (or a lighter version of the paint you used for the cape)
