Remove Darth's saber from his hand, with the X-acto knife, make a clean slice down the middle, now you have his saber after Obi-Wan halved it.

Step 2

Take your hand saw and wedge it between the upper and lower body.  Saw the tree trunk like joint that Darth has for a waist in halve.

Step 3

Now that you have two pieces, his upper body and his lower body, take your safety pin and make a hole in both sides of the part that was sawed.   The hole should hold an eighth inch of safety pin.

Step 4

Then, With the wire cutters.  Cut the point of the safety pin, up to a quarter inch of the pin, so a quarter inch up, cut the pin.

Step 5

With the quarter inch long pin piece, glue the pointed edge into the hole in the lower section, and glue on his skirt thingee also, it doesn't stay attached.  Let that dry.

Step 6

Test it out, you should be able to insert the remaining amount of pin that isn't in the hole, into the hole on the upper section of Darth Maul.   He should stand without you holding him, and without his body falling apart.

Step 7

The lengths of the pin I gave you where just a guess, the amount of pin you use should be enough so you have a medium amount showing once you glue it into the lower section.
