Before you begin:
Depa is one of the Jedi Masters on the Jedi Council seen in Episode 1.
Step 1
Boil Leia's head. Try to yank off the back piece of braids without damaging them. It might take a while, but it is possible.
Step 2
Remove Mon Mothma's outer cloak.
Step 3
Dremel a small hole into the back of Mon Mothma's head. Glue in the braided piece of hair into Mon Mothma's head.
Step 4
With Sculpey, slightly alter her hair to be slicked back to the braids.
Step 5
Make a loop of Sculpey. Work one end of the loop to resemble a hood.
Step 6
Sculpt the collar. Build up the cloak a bit, then add a line for a resemblance of an undershirt.
Step 7
Put the clay loop around Mon Mothma's neck. It shold have the hood behind her and the long end of it dragging down to just below her hands when her arms are down.
Step 8
Sculpt the sleeves. It should be like a Sith cloak, with the top of the sleeve at her wrist and the bottom of it dragging down to above her ankles when her arms are down.
Step 9
If you need to, cure the Sculpey.
Step 10
Paint the entire robe brown. The slleves, the loop, the hood, everything. Paint the undershirt tan.
Step 11
Paint the hair dark glossy brown. use tiny balls of Sculpey painted gold (or just paint dots) for the bindi-typoe dots on her face. There are two: one between the eyes, and one just above the middle of the nose. Paint them gold.
Step 12
Now for the lightsaber. Blade color does not matter (now anyway, that could change though). But for the hilt, alter it in some way with Sculpey, or litle trinkets, or whatnot.
Step 13
Give Depa Billaba her weapon. Now you are finally done!
