Step 1

Shave the Slave: Shave off Leia's Wrist Cuffs, Hair(make her bald and beatiful), Bikini and Boots, carefully and patiently using the dremel fine sanding disc. Use the fine grit sandpaper or another disc by itself to touch-up on any hard to get to areas.

Step 2

Take Han's Boots and chop them off at the top of the boot, and remove his vest, paint both Brown. Use Silver on the Vest pockets to match up the weapons carried by Aurra on her Vest (See Photo.)

Step 3

Paint Naked Leia white, head to toe, when dry, paint on the red body suit, arm stripes and wrists. Paint her eyes dark grey with black pupils, and grey lips.

Step 4

Drill a nice little hole in aurra's head off to the side of center a little on her left side. Take your little chunk of wire, prox. 1" long, dab a tiny bit of Glue on the end and jam it in the hole in Leia, er, Aurra's head.

Step 5

Now for the Hair any old red-headed doll hair will do, But the Barbie hair can be shaped the best. Cut a small clump about 2-3 inches long, then take the thin rubber band, cut it so it is one long piece, wrap it several times around one end of the hair and tie it off. Trim off any extra rubber Band, now take the Super Glue and smother the Ribber Band end in it and let dry. Once dry, trim off any excess hair so the piece is flat on the end, and paint the rubber band red. Once the paint is dry, fold over and mold the hair over at the top of the rubber band. Super-glue the flush end to the top of Aurra's head. Any extra hair can be tucked into the back of the vest if needed.

Step 6

Chop off Leia's legs just below where the top of the boots once were, then hollow out the tops of Solo's boots, and Glue Leia's stubby legs into Han's Boot tops.

Step 7

The Rest: I took 2-Blaster Pistols and cut them down leaving just the handles and barrels of the guns, then take sculpey mold some holsters around the guns, bake with Hair Dryer, Paint Brown, let dry and glue to her thighs. The belt is just an extra piece of thin plastic painted brown and glued to her waist, glue on a lightsaber handle to the belt, paint luke's rifle to match aurra's with the silver and brown paints, on with the vest and few fine details later such as black fingernails and you are done...total working time is approximately 4 hours...
