Figure Supplies

  • Classic Han Solo Legs
  • Monkey face leia torso (because to me it has more of a bust akin to Aurra than say a slave leia covered in sculp torso)
  • Leia Cerimonial (carded or 2-pack) arms
  • Greedo hands (non classic, unless you want her to always look like she's holding her gun all the time)
  • Either Han classic vest or a vest from Kabe (which is actually the best one)
  • Luke floppy hat rifle
  • Darth Vader lightsaber
  • Pony tail from Goro (the figure from the GI JOe line)
  • Mace Windu head
  • Leia Cerimonial face

Supplies and Tools

  • Paints
    -Red
    -Orange
    -Grey
    -Pale white
    -Brown
  • X-Acto Knife
  • Sculpey
  • Paper clip
  • Scissors
  • Small rubber bands (availible at orthodontic offices)
  • Screw driver (flat head)
  • Dremel with drill bit
  • Styrofoam cup
  • Hot water
  • Microwave
  • Push pin
  • Matte sealant
  • Superglue

Before you begin

  • This may take a while, but it will definitely be a great custom.

Step 1

Take Han's legs off using the X-acto knife.

Step 2

Cut off monkey Leia (you knew she had some good use didn't you?) torso using the X-acto knife, but be careful, it WILL take a while.

Step 3

Boil (in the styrofoam cup with water in the microwave) and pop off the arms and head.

Step 4

Use the flat head screw driver to force the torso to split in half, be sure NOT to break the torso, try boiling (using same method as above) first.

Step 5

Boil off the Cerimonial Leia's (whichever one you have chosen) arms and head.

Step 6

Boil off Mace Windu's head.

Step 7

Cut off Goro's ponytail.

Step 8

Take the X-Acto and carfully cut out Mace Windu's face, leaving the ears, try to do this as cleanly as possible, try boiling first.

Step 9

Cut out Leia's face also, the same way and glue it in the hole where Mace Windu's face was. Use sculpy to smooth out the rough edges.

Step 10

Drill a shallow, but deep enough hole so that the ponytail will stay in.

Step 11

Paint the ponytail's hair orange, for an added effect, water it down just a bit so the black can show through some. Or you can just give it a black wash.

Step 12

Take the paper clip and carefully (VERY CAREFULLY) cut off a piece it using the scissors. Push the pushpin into Mace's head, deep enough for the length of paperclip to stay in.

Step 13

Paint Mace's head/Leia's face the pale white, with grey around the eyes and on the lips.

Step 14

Glue the ponytail and paperclip into place, then seal the head.

Step 15

Paint the parts of Leia's torso red and seal it.

Step 16

Cut off Leia's hand using the X-Acto, do the same with Greedo, and glue the Greedo hands onto the Leia arms. Use sculpy (if necessary) to smooth out the meeting of the parts. Use a bit of sculpy to make finger tips on the suction cups.

Step 17

Paint the arms pale white and paint fingernails on in the grey.

Step 18

Paint Han's pants red, cut off the droid caller, and use sculpy (if needed) to smooth the area out. Paint the holster and belt brown (not the silver parts) and seal the legs.

Step 19

Cut the Han vest just below the first pocket on both sides and paint it brown, or just paint Kabe's vest brown.

Step 20

Put the torso together using glue, remember to put the head and arms in before you do that though.

Step 21

Glue the now completed torso to the legs.

Step 22

Put the vest on Aurra, give her the weapons and you're done! Cool eh?
