Step 1

Remove and put all the main body parts together from the various figures via the Boil'n'Pop technique, i.e. dunk them in boiling water. Some pieces like the arms will need a little trimming to get the join angles right.

Step 2

Once you've got the arms in the right place, remove them again, and keep them separate.

Step 3

Trim the hair of Leia's head using a knife and/or sandpaper/file.

Step 4

Trim the bangles on Leia's arms so that they resemble Aurra's strips of cloth.

Step 5

Trim the gold broach off Rystall's chest using a knife and/or sandpaper/file.

Step 6

Cut the lower legs off Rystall and replace them with Han's boots. Make sure you measure all this BEFORE cutting! Alternatively, you can just use Han from the waist down, but _I_ like my female figures to look FEMALE!

Step 7

Put the holster off Han and attach it to her leg.

Step 8

Get another holster from somewhere (like a Jawa) or mold it with putty.

Step 9

Mold belts out of putty or steal from Jawa's, Han, etc.

Step 10

Mold hair out of putty or steal it from the Weequay you should have left over after doing my Diva Shaliqua custom. :) (*optional)

Step 11

Heat up a little piece of a pin in a flame til it's red-hot, and plunge it into her head to create the sensor. Clean up any little bits of excess plastic. Paint the sensor silver. (*optional)

Step 12

Mold or glue little gadgets to her vest. (*optional)

Step 13

Mold extra length to her fingers.

Step 14

Paint her vest brown.

Step 15

Paint all the skin areas (except the arms) a light grey (NOT white).

Step 16

Paint her bodysuit a nice orange/red.

Step 17

Give her bodysuit a dry-brush of brown to dirty it up.

Step 18

Paint her vest, boots, belts, etc. and vest, brown.

Step 19

Attach her arms and vest by slotting the heated-up arms through the vest into the torso sockets.

Step 20

Paint her arms and cloth strips.

Step 21

Give all her leather work a wash of darker brown to bring out the depth.

Step 22

Paint in her dark eye sockets and lips with a wash of dark grey.
