Supplies and Tools
- Paints:
-Green
-Aluminum
- Phillips head screwdriver
- Styrofoam eggs
- Dowel rods (optional)
- Superglue

Step 1
Tear the body apart buy removing the screws.
|
Step 2
Remove all electronics and R2 unit you can keep them if you want but it can save a headache.

Step 3
Cut the eggs into the shape of the lump behind the cockpit.

Step 4
Glue eggs together then glue onto top of body.
|
Step 5
Glue wings together and cut them into a more square shape.
|
Step 6
You can either use the original cannons or like me who got the X-wing at a friend's garage sale take a dowel rod and cut them to a cannon length
about to the cockpit's end.

Step 7
Reassemble body.

Step 8
Paint how you desire. I painted it aluminum all over then took and made a green strip from the nose to the extreme rear of the ship.

Step 9
(Optional) Take decals or stickers and place where you want if you cannot paint small details like me. I used decals from a Hawker Hurricane and stickers from a Transformer.
