Step 1

Boil off Jabba's arms.

Step 2

Saw his head in half right down the seam.

Step 3

Insert a screw drive in the cut and gently begin prying the head halves apart. This will take a while to do, but take your time so as to not break the head into pieces.

Step 4

The face should come loose after a little work and pop off.

Step 5

Use your Dremel to cut the back of the head off of the rotation disk inside the head...you'll know what I mean when you get it apart!

Step 6

Use your Dremel to grind down the disk and head until the head fits on the disk sideways and both halves meet.

Step 7

Reattach the face first using Epoxy Putty so it doesn't run down into the inner workings.

Step 8

Reattach the back of the head using Epoxy Putty along the seam you cut.

Step 9

Resculpt Jabba to look like the older, fatter Jabba in ROTJ.
