Assemble figure parts together.

Step 2

File down Tarkin's nose and chin to alter his appearance.

Step 3

Using reference pictures, sculpt the hat onto the head. Cure as necessary.

Step 4

Form the red undergarment from tissue paper. After the tissue paper is in the form you want cover it with superglue. Let dry.

Step 5

Paint according to reference photos.
