Step 1
Pop the appropriate parts.
Step 2
Sand the shoulder pads smooth on Weequay's arms.
Step 3
Sculpy the wrist armor into the end of a glove.
Step 4
Sculpy a collar.
Step 5
Add a rank insignia which I forgot.
Step 6
Trim down Dash Rendar's hair.
Step 7
Assemble and paint.
Step 8
Mon Mothma's stick is not long enough for him to hold. I chose to paint a Piett baton instead.

FINAL THOUGHTS
1. Madine isn't doing squat lunges like General Lando.
2. Weequay's wrist bracers sculpt easily into gloves, thus no need for
Biggs hands.
3. Weequay's arms hold a baton perfectly. (I used an extra Piett Baton
painted white).
4. Only sculpting needed is a collar, rank insignia, a little hair
change, and gloves.
5. No sanding General Lando's gun off.
