Before You Begin:
This Custom is one of my favorites, not because its one of the coolest up to date - but everything on this Custom is real looking, from the hair due all the way to the skin color, down to the LightSaber fixtures. Merell Fett is a Jedi Knight, he was discovered a few years after ROTJ & trainned himself... Enjoy this custom. His story will be published at Last Rogue Standing.

Step 1

Boil-and-pop Qui Gon's head and arms, Darth Maul's head and Jar Jar Binks Arms.

Step 2

Once done with that, cut both Qui Gonn & Jar Jar's hands off with your X-acto knife. (OUCH)

Step 3

SuperGlue Qui Gonn's Hands onto Jar Jar Binks Arms. (You will not need Binks's Hands anymore)

Step 4

While you're waiting for Gui Gonn's Hands to dry.cut the horns off ofyour Darth Maul Head & with your X-acto Knife.(Get as close to the head as
you can while cutting).

Step 5

Paint the Maul head a flesh tone.

Step 6

When Mauls Head is dry, take your smallest but finest painting utensil & paint eyes. (You pick on eye color)

Step 7

Mmake a "Free Style" hair doo from Sculpey (Make some hair, hang over the eyes).

Step 8

The glue on the hands should be dry by now, so paint them the same Flesh color as the head.

Step 9

Attach the arms and head to the body.

Step 10

Dremel a small hole on Merell's belt (Somewhere on the side would be the best)

Step 11

Superglue a toothpick into the hole you have just Dremeled.

Step 12

After hearing this from ten other customizers, there are 2 ways to approach this Step a) Cut the symbol froma POTF2 Boba Fett's arm. OR. 2) Paint the Fettsymbol onto Merell Fetts Belt, using the refernce pciture as a guide. (I did the refrence pic one myself...)

Step 13

Give Merell Fett an open LightSaber... Enjoy!
