|
Step 1
Remove the head from the Rebel Fleet Trooper either by cutting it off
or using the boil and pop method. Cut off the helmet and paint the
chinstrap black.
|
Step 2
Remove the head from an AT-ST Driver and hollow out the helmet using
a
rotary tool. Leave the goggles. Trim where necessary with Xacto blade.
|
Step 3
Fit the head of the RFT into the AT-ST driver's helmet. You may need
to trim the head a bit.
|
Step 4
Paint the AT-ST driver's body light Grey. Leave the insignia on the
shoulders. (Really, you can paint the uniform any color that fits in
with
the scene the figure might be in. Camo, Sand or black looks good too)
|
Step 5
Take a Sandtrooper backpack and cut off the inner attachment with the
Xaxto blade or rotary tool. Take the backpack from the Tatooine Acessory
Pack and lop off the pack leaving the straps and back support. Glue
these
pieces together.
|
Step 6
Make some utility boxes for the belt. I used bits of soft plastic
from
a head I had laying around. You can use anything that is the same shape
or size or just paint the boxes on the belt if you like. Paint the
boxes
silver and attach them to the belt.
|
Step 7
Get a Commtech Stormtrooper holster or fashion one using Sculpey.
Attach to the figures belt.
|
Step 8
Attach the head and backpack to the figure. Give him a gun of your
choice and he's finished.
