Step 1

Use boil and pop method and take Tarkin's head off.

Step 2

Use the pliers or channel locks to crack open the M. Bison body and get the head.

Step 3

Shave down the knob on the Bison head until it fits in the neck collar of the Tarkin body (it doesnt have to go into the neck hole of the Tarkin body all the way).

Step 4

Use crazy glue to stick the head in the collar of the body.

Step 5

Take the vest and pull off one side of the vest on the front. Trim it to look like a shoulder pauldron and make it look like theres a strap going down his back to his belt but not so its going past the waist joint. Then glue it on to him so the pauldron is on his right shoulder.

Step 6

Now take the green and black Sharpies and make the left side of his head look repitilish. Take the red and dot him in the left eye.

Step 7

Now color his hat black and your done!
