Step 1

The legs of the figure are from the Rebel Fleet Trooper.  They are modified by forming the boots from Fimo clay.  Part of the holster is made from Sculpey also and the holster trap was wrapped around the thigh.  Cut the pouch off of the left leg of the RFT.

Step 2

The pelvis is from Luke Coruscant.  The crotch area was filed smooth.

Step 3

The top of the arms and the forearms are from Boba Fett.   The elbows that were added were from the RFT mainly to ad length to the arms.

Step 4

Build the shoulders up with Sculpey to get an armored look.

Step 5

The torso is a heavily modified from a Luke Coruscant figure.  The stomach was smoothed off and the lower back and then filled in with Fimo to get a draping cloth appearance.

Step 6

The head is from a Han Solo figure.  A scar was added to the face to give a closer resemblance to Kir Kanos.  The scar was cut into the left side and the nose, chin, and cheekbones were filed down to make the head look different.

Step 7

Small rubber bands were used to get the ringed effect around the neck, painted black of course.

Step 8

Hollow out the Emperor's Royal Guard's helmet, but be very careful.  This is a harder plastic and is more difficult to drill.  Repeated boiling is suggested to loosen up the plastic so you may work more easily.

Step 9

The cape is an Emperor's Royal Guard cape that has been cut in half.  Some trimming around the neck was made to get a little better fit.

Step 10

The staff was made out of two different parts.  The middle was made out of Captain Piett's rod, pieces of the Coruscant staves were built on next, and the blades are modified from an old Dinosaur Transformer.

Step 11

Gloss paint is suggested for the shoulders, wrist, and chest.  Flat paints can be used for rest.

Step 12

A pencil was used to achieve a 5 o'clock shadow on his face, but use whatever method works best for you.
