Step 1

First take the heads off of both figures I used the boil and pop method.

Step 2

Hollow out stormtrooper helmet I found that the helmet will fit just not quite all the way onto his head.

Step 3

Stick the han head onto the Sandtrooper body.

Step 4

Cut the balsa wood in the rough dimensons of his back. I went from shoulder to shoulder and neck to butt.

Step 5

Attach parts from the airplane kit to the balsa wood.

Step 6

Attach new backpack to Sandtrooper. I bought both at a yard sale so I had to make the back pack. You could use one from the Sandtrooper though paint the back pack grey.

Step 7

Pint hair and shoulder pad black and now you got yourself the first caring Stormtrooper.
