Before You Begin

Dark Horse's Star Wars X-Wing Rogue Squadron uniform

Step 1

Boil-and-pop the Wedge head off, glue Qui-Gon's head on (after removing beard).

Step 2

Also remove the chest box w/ your dremel or X-acto.

Step 3

Sculpt a flak vest (similar to what's underneath an X-Wing pilot's chest box, or Bossk's vest, are good examples.)

Step 4

Paint orange parts of flightsuit green, also paint some green on to the helmet like in the comics. Repaint features of face to disguise Qui-Gon.

Step 5

Seal with the dullcoat.
