You can either cut off the face of the Ugnaughts or alter the existing face.

Step 2

Super glue hair onto the cheeks or head or wherever you want some hair.

Step 3

Cover the face and hair with Sculpey or Epoxy (leaving some hair sticking out) and sculpt the face.

Step 4

Besides the Ugnaughts pictured here I've made a variety of others by mix matching heads and bibs including a vintage and new Ugnaught head swap. There are many different combinations just go wild with it!
