Admiral Ozzel by Scott

Figure Supplies

  • Captain Piett- (body and hat)
  • Picard from the ST:TNG line- (head)

Supplies and Tools

  • Xacto Knife
  • Sculpy
  • Super Glue

Step 1

Remove the Piett head from the hat. Take your Picard head and shave as much off the top as you need to place the hat using an Xacto blade. Be careful not to take too much off. After you've aligned the hat and head, glue it into position. Fill any cracks between the head and hat with white Sculpey. You can then paint the Sculpey and hat to match if you like but it's pretty close without paint. When happy with that, fashion a Sculpey mustache. You may want to add a little reddish paint if you decide to paint the 'stache since Ozzel has a little red mixed in there. I decided to keep mine pretty basic.

Step 2

After these steps secure the head to the body. You can either glue it or use a small screw with the head broken off to retain mobility. He's done.

Step 3

For an added touch you might want to file off the extra cylinder on his right side since, in reality, a Fleet Admiral only has 3 cylinders.
