Before you begin: - The figure in based on a behind-the-scenes picture taken.

Step
1
Remove
Qui-Gon's cloak, then take off Qui-Gon's head using the boil-and-pop
method.

Step
2
Remove
Obi-wan's braid and rat tail. Using the boil-and-pop method,
remove his head and put it onto
Qui-Gons's (Or cut and glue if you don't want the articulation)
|

Step
3
Use
the X-acto to cut off the hanging part of Qui-Gon's tunic.
(Use the photo for reference.)

Step
4
Cut
off Qui-Gon's boots. Then cut off the original Obi-Wan's boots.

Step
5
Sculpt
Obi-Wan's new hairdo from Sculpey, NOT the beard, but the
rounded part at the top of his head and the longer hair in
back - until about one fingernail's width from the collar.
Cure the sculpy.

Step
6
Paint
the tunic and pants tan. Paint the inner shirt, on the visible
neck skin, white Paint a white wash over the pants once they've
dried. Paint the hair brown, use a thin brush to paint the
beard
|

Step
7
Glue
on the boots and seal the paint
