Before you Begin

Even though this costume is barely glimpsed in AOTC, it can be seen in Dorme's Databank entry and the May 5, 2003 Image Attack on StarWars.com

Step 1

Using the boil-and-pop method, switch TPM Tatooine Padme's arms onto TPM Battle Padme's body. Remove Padme's hair.

Step 2

Using an x-acto knife, shave down Padme's skirt and remove the detailing and lower flares of her sleeves.

Step 3

Sculpt the skirt onto the figure. Next, sculpt the skirt of the overlay. Sculpt the sleeves, and fill in the neckline.

Step 4

Sculpt Dorme's hair. Start by applying thin strips of sculpey to her head, and then attaching Leia's braid to the sculpey. Detail with an x-acto knife. Bake the figure.

Step 5

Paint the overlay grey-blue. Use black for the sleeves, skirt and the filled-in neckline. Paint the hair brown.

Step 6

Use dark blue for the dots on the overlay.

Step 7

Paint Dorme's lips rose. Use a needle to paint her eyebrows and eyes brown.
You're done!
