Before you begin:

• This ugly dude is the bartender in the Cantina from A NEW HOPE. Wuher was also featured in his own story in TALES FROM THE MOS EISLEY CANTINA, where he makes a special drink concoction. He was probably one of the most-requested figures a few years ago, so I made my own version!!

Step 1

Boil and Pop off the heads of Takeel and Malakili.

Step 2

Cut off Malakili's headgear. This will leave a square hole on the top of his head.

Step 3

Fill in Malakili's head with sculpey, and sculpt the hair....not too much though...Wuher is receeding. Swoop the hair over from one side for the best effect.

Step 4

Carve off Takeel's scarf, leaving an open chest area. (Or use a dremel if you have one...I don't.)

Step 5

Cut off Takeel's hands and glue on someone else's. I used Nein Nunb's--leftover from another custom job.

Step 6

Pop the head back on.

Step 7

Paint the figure, adding a five o'clock shadow and some chest hairs peeking out.

Step 8

That's it! You can give him a gun if you want....I gave him Bib Fortuna's.
