Step 1

Boil all three Luke figures apart. Set aside Flashback Luke's arms and skirt, Commtech Luke's torso, legs, and head, and set aside original Luke's head, and arms.

Step 2

Cut the pegs off Flashback Luke's arms, because they won't fit in the Commtech Luke's torso. If Commtech Luke's head peg was damaged, then cut off that peg too.

Step 3

Cut the pegs off the arms, and possibly the head off the Original Luke.

Step 4

Grind the heads off the screws (I used screws from a small hinge package) until they are about half a centimeter long. Drill holes that match the diameter of the screws into arms, head, and matching pegs.

Step 5

Dab some superglue into the hole in the pegs. Insert the flat, unthreaded end of the screw into the peg. Set these aside and let them dry.

Step 6

The skirt from the flashback Luke is too thick to fit on the Commtech's body, so shave some plastic off the top, where no one will see it. This skirt is used because it has the peg to attach the electro-binoculars

Step 7

Once the pegs are dry, dab some glue into the arm/head holes, and thread them onto the pegs.

Step 8

Fit all the pieces in their place, and glue the figure together using the clamp to hold them tightly in place. You're all finished, but if you want to add that special touch, proceed to Step 9.

Step 9

Take the original Luke head, and using scupley, make it look like his hair is starching, fit the top of the hair to Ultimate Luke's hand, so he can hold the severed head. On the pegless neck, sculpt what looks like a bit of skin, and a bit of spine sticking through it. Boil the head to cure the sculpey and then paint accordingly (make the spine and neck bloody).

There now you're all finished, and with a bit of Sticky-Tak on the inside of Ultimate Luke's hand, he can hold the severed of head of Hasbro's favorite character, the Original Luke Skywalker. Add a lightsaber to his other hand to complete the awesome pose.
