| Step 1 Dremel the pants. It's time consuming but easy. Sand the legs with sand paper
to try and smooth them out.
Step 2
Fill in whatever grooves were left in them I filled with
sculpey. Then use a paint brush handle to make grooves to look like wrinkles. You may wish
to dab your finger in alcohol and smooth the sculpey with it to remove fingerprints.
Cure the sculpey with your preferred method. (hair dryer suggested).
Step 3
Sculpt the boots, leg straps and vest with sculpey. Use a
sculpting tool to gouge shallow ridges into the vest for the pleats. Cure
sculpey.
Step 4
Add cast of chest box to torso. You can glue it on or make an
elastic strap for a removable box if you wish.
Step 5
After pulling off his head cloth make the hair and beard of
sculpey. Cure sculpey.
Step 6
Paint the figure and arms the appropriate colors. Paint the
cast helmet using reference photos of Porkins to get the correct detail.
Step 7
Cut a visor to shape from an old bubble. paint the visor
orange. After the paint has dried rub gently with alcohol until the color is almost gone.
Glue visor inside helmet.
Step 8
Attach AT-ST arms to body. (It is easier to paint the
arms before they are attached)
