Step 5

Paint the tubing silver and let dry.

Step 6

Cut four pieces of foam measuring 2/16 by 1/4 inch and glue them at the long end 1/16 from the edge of the tubing. There will be 1/16 between the foam and the 5/16 tubing.

Step 7

Take the flashlight and cut the red lense end off behind the notches and glue this piece to the end behind the foam grips so that the red lens is inside the tube.

Take the aluminum and cut a "T" out measuring 3/16 by 5/16 on the top stroke of the "T" and 2/16 by 1/4 on the bottom of the "T". Take sandpaper and round the top of the "T" edges. Slightly bend the "T" so that it will arch over the emitter. Glue in place.

Glue a bead on the 1/4 tubing over the "T"./font>

Step 12

Take the flashlight and cut off the belt clip. From that clip cut a V shape 2/16 by 2/16 and then cut off one of the points so that you have a flat surface. This will be the activator switch on the side in the picture. Glue this piece on the 5/16 tubing next to the other switch.

Step 13

Glue the other bead to the top of the flashlight switch.

Step 14

Paint the 5/16 tubing black.

Step 15

Paint the small switch with a small white dot.

Step 16

Give the hilt to Yoda. Optional you can add a "D" ring to the bottom to clip it on a belt.
