Step 1

Take Obi Wan and cut off hair.

Step 2

Dye Obi Wan's pants tan and let dry.

Step 3

Dye Old Bens tunic aqua and let dry.

Step 4

Take the 1/4 yd of tan cloth and the elmers. Cut the cloth into strips. Apply enough strips to cover Obi Wans torso and neck.

Step 5

Put the pants on the figure. Take the tan cloth strips and super glue strips on the figures legs up to the lower knee. See Outlander series for picture.

Step 6

You can make gloves for the hands with the tan suede or you can sand the hands down and remove fingernails and paint hands tan. I made suede gloves.

Step 7

Take the cloth strips again and wrap around the wrist up to the elbow and glue them with super glue.

Step 8

Take the gas mask and cut off the elastic bands as well as the curved parts of the mask on top and bottom. You want the mask to be snug to his face.

Step 9

Paint the lens with the red stain glass paint and let dry. Remove the silver respirator attachment from the mask. Glue the mask to the face.

Step 10

Take the dremel and drill four holes atop the figures head. Square the holes equally apart.

Step 11

Take four of the Dr Grip pen refills and carefully remove the pen from the plastic ink well.

Step 12

Take the four pen heads and insert them into the four holes on the figures head. Glue them in place.

Step 13

Take the Crayola Clay out and get a picture of a Tusken. Seperate yourself four portions of clay. Sculpt the dark center of the respirator first then apply the strips around the outside and finally use clay to make the small silver piece. Sculpt this right on the face and let dry.

Step 14

Paint the Tusken Respirator. Dark Brown Center and a lighter brown for the outside and mask. Silver for the small piece.

Step 15

Cut Two 1/4 inch long pieces of tubing from the 5/16 tubing. Using the Dremel Cut an 35 degree angle off on both pieces so they can fit snug to the eye pieces. you may have to do this a several times to get the angle just right. Glue the two Tubing pieces to the left and right eye lens. You will notice that part of the lens and mask still show. This is okay we will fix it later.

Step 16

Take the final two Dr Grip pens and remove the pieces like you did above.

Step 17

Take these pen heads and glue them so that the pen pint is towards the figures head and the small end that was inside the ink well is outward facing you. Glue one on the left and right of the respirator just below the eye lens. Paint the outside of the tubing aka lens silver Let Dry. Now go Back and paint with a dry brush a little iron oxide paint on the glasses and the small silver piece of the respirator and the two pen heads.

Step 18

Take the tan cloth strips glue and wrap them around the figures head. Next take the brown dirt paint and dirty up the tan cloth on the head, feet and arms.

Step 19

Put the Aqua tunic on the figure. Take the scissors and cut off the tunic above the knees. Now, go around the figure and cut small tears in the tunic and start small rips around the bottom. The Tusken Look.

Step 20

Make three belts with the buckles.

Step 21

Take the large picture frame hook and bend it so that it makes a "U" to hold the water canteen. Take the brown suede and cut a strip long enough to go around the canteen while it is in the "U" and glue the strip. Glue canteen holder to right side of belt. Place this belt on the figures waist.

Step 22

Take the brown suede and measure out seven 1 1/4 inch by 2 inch rectangles. With the long side vertical cut 1/4 of an inch into both sides about 5/16 of the way up the material.Space up 1/4 inch and Repeat the same cut another 5/16 up and repeat on all seven pieces.

Step 23

Glue the tabs together. the 1/4 inch section between the two 5/16 is the bottom of the pouch so fold the two 1/4 tabs in and glue the back 5/16 and then the front over the back. Now you should have plenty of material to fold over for a flap. Cut excess off of flap in the form of a "T". Take a small bead and glue it in the center of the pouch flap. Paint bead gold. Glue all seven pouches to belt. Two in the front and five in back.

Step 24

Take the small picture frame hook and bend the back so it can slide on belt and hold lightsaber hilt. Glue it in place.

Step 25

Take the brown paint and lightly paint the belt and pouches to give it a weathered look.

Step 26

Take one of the remaining belts and put over the right shoudler. Buckle under left arm.

Step 27

Take the brown suede. Fold the suede over on itself. Cut out 10 1/4 inch by 1/4 inch squares and glue the folded sections together. Place beads in the center of all ten and paint gold. Glue these five to each belt.

Step 28

Place the left shoulder belt on so that the middle pouch is directly over the middle pouch of the right shoulder belt.

Step 29

Take the two red electrical connectors and place a small amoout of elmers is one end. Let dry.

Step 30

Paint each connector silver.

Step 31

Take the two connectors and glue them above the first pouch on the right shoulder belt side by side.

Step 32

Now take the aluminum wire and cut two sections long enough to go from the top of each connector aka moisture collectors to the back of the Figures neck. Glue the wires to the connectors.

Step 33

Take the balsa rod and cut off a 7 inch section.

Step 34

Look at a picture of Sharads Gaffi and draw a 1 inch piece on the balsa wood for the back of his gaffi. Cut the piece out and glue to rod.

Step 35

Take the dremel and round the front to a point going no further than 1 inch and 1/2 . Cut out foour "axe heads" for the front of the gaffi.Glue them in place.

Step 36

Paint front and back silver and middle a dark gray.

Step 37

Cut a two and a 1/4 inch piece of the 1/4 tubing. Use the dremel to cut a 45 degree angle on one end.

Step 38

Cut Three 1/4 inch sections of tubing from the 5/16 tubing. Glue two on the flat end with a 1/8 inch gap between them.

Step 39

Cut a 1 inch section of the 5/16 tube and glue it 2/16 from the two 1/4 sections. Take the last 1/4 inch section of 5/16 and glue it just under the the bottom line of the 45 degree angle.

Step 40

Glue a single bead on the right side of the 1/4 inch tubing above the inch long section of 5/16.

Step 41

Paint the tube silver and the center of the bead red. Paint a thin coat of elmers over it to protect it.

Step 42

On the bottom of the hilt drop elmers in and let dry then paint silver.

Step 43

Attach O ring at bottom.

Step 44

Place Red lightsaber into hilt and put it in figures hand. Place Gaffi in other hand.

Step 45

Now you have the Best Tusken Jedi ever to display...Sharad Hett. OPTIONAL you can make a holster and blaster for him.
