I need 2 of the modern Han Solo vests, like pictured below.

They can be from any modern version of Han, but must be black.

I can either trade you something or buy them. Let me know what parts you are looking for.

I’ve never really been a fan of Duke, at least not until Resolute came out, so I did not have a 25th Duke in my collection. The other day I get this great idea to go get one from TJ Maxx and one of the new POC wave 3 Dukes from Target and do a head swap! 5 minutes later (it seems) I check into Hiss Tank and Sgt Humpty has beat me (and everyone else) to it. So with that idea being used I had to do something different. May I present to you First Sgt Conrad Tatum…

BWAHAHAHAHA! Of course that was a joke! Now on to the real deal…

Mine turned out a little different as all TJ Maxx had was the Tiger Force Duke. I did a few paint changes and touch-ups, so he doesn’t look “Tiger Force” or like standard Duke colors. Plus I sculpted some straps on his mysterious “floating” holster. The good thing about Tiger Force Duke is he doesn’t have suicide wrists.

Inspired by Bcost74 (AKA: Ripper)’s Silent Interlude Diorama I decided to make my own custom Silent Interlude cover Snake Eyes figure.

Here is the email I just sent Toys-R-US:

QUOTE
Dear Toys R Us,

I was in your Albany, GA store tonight and was aghast at some of the prices. Before Christmas the Star Wars Vintage Collection action figures were priced at $9.99. This was already high, considering Wal-Mart sells them for $6.99 and Target for $7.99. Tonight at Toys-R-Us they were marked $10.99! That is simply too much. That is price gouging and is unfair to your customers. Doing that will surely reduce the amount of customers willing to purchase from you. I collect Star Wars and GI Joe figures and so do my 4 sons. I am an active member of online collector forums, and I assure the online community warns each other about retailers that do this. I plan to warn my online friends and it looks like I will be buying my figures strictly from Target and Wal-Mart from now on as I refuse to pay a ridiculously over inflated price of $10.99 for a single action figure. That's a rip-off.

Please lower your prices.

Thank you,

Gene Seybold
Leesburg GA 31763

Please contact Toys R Us and dissuade their ridiculous pricing. No other retailers are doing this! Why are they? They must not want our business!
