Hi.

Thanks guys for helping me out with the correct sizing of vintage carbacks, it has been much appreciated!

Another question I have is I would like to know what the corner radius of the vintage cardbacks are, ie- the size of the round corners on the vintage cards, (hope this makes sense).

Also does anybody have artwork for all of the cardboard inserts (footers), like the powerdroid one which as been posted on here?, if so a post would be muchos appreciated.

Thanks again and keep up the good work!

ps.

Will post a recarded vintage as soon as I get round to it! laugh.gif

This was discussed last year in the FFORUMS at this LINK here.

Hope this helps.

Yep, the 1/4" cut is the correct size for cutting corners on a 6" x 9" cardback. Here is a picture of the one I bought last year. It is an Akiles Diamond-1 corner rounder. It produces an exact match to corners on vintage Kenner cardbacks.

thought I'd post this for fun, since it is a corner rounder. It's an automatic corner rounder also made by Akiles.
Just press a button to get "Rounded" laugh.gif Actually I'd think you'd have to be at least a little "rounded" to pay that much just to round the corners of your custom cards. beer.gif

While nowhere near as nice as that big rounder unit meccano-man has, I got a corner rounder for scrapbooking at Michaels (craft store), for about $6. Wall Mart has them too. It will cut through a cardback fairly well, with little cleanup needed, and the radius is pretty close to the real cards.
