Heavy Duty, the poor man's RoadBlock. Repainted the belt and gun holsters light tank. The legs waist and upper legs were original to Agent Faces, the lower legs were original to Shipwreck (Spytroops) painted black. I should do a comparison shot, but he is taller than the standard 3.75" figure, close to 4" (probably compare to standard Joe and than again to a Vader or Chewie).

Fighter Pilot (or Slipstream for now). The flight suit is Medium Military green, the pressure pieces are Flat Green. The leg pouch and holster are leather. This is from an Ace v2 body and a Slipstream v2 head

A mercenary (leader) of some sort. Gen Abernathy (Hawk) head with the stars sanded off, and hat painted leather, Snake Eyes (VvV) Torso/Arms painted Medium military green, and Starduster legs/waist.

The 2nd Mercenary. Shipwrek head painted black and than gunmetal grey, Flint (spytroops) arms and chest, Gung Ho v4(?) waist, Shipwreck spytroops upper legs reversed painted black with holster painted leather, Flint spytroops lower legs painted black.

The third mercenary. Flint Spytroops head, Shipwreck Spytroops chest, arms and waist, Flint spytroops upper legs and Agent Faces lower legs painted gun metal grey.

A Whole Bunch of Crimson Guard stuff here. Rather simple, I just put some black paint underneath their face masks to cover the neck ball. Bit more work in the suprise figures...but one simple head swap and the other a neckball ectomy and super glue....

Snake Eyes, Agent Faces and Gung Ho undercover

Very nice looking CGs.

I especially like the 2 from the unreleased Cobra Island Invasion set. All you need is to do a Duke CG and you've done all 3 of the uneleased figures from that set. It woud be even cooler if you coud snag an old Cobra Night Landing Raft to complete the unreleased set.

Feeling a bit better, so I worked on a few more customs....

Wraith. Relatively simple. Sgt Hacker body and Spytroops gear repainted ontop of a snakeyes head.

Sgt. Hacker in standard fatigues. The laptop is a PTE Accessory.

Ace repaint from the Single Pack. I tried to make the Ace of Spades on the helmet.

Chief Torpedo

I have the original 84 version in a full wetsuit. I'm decided to have a "dry" SEAL team as well and use my traditional SEAL team of Torpedo, Wet Suit, Deep Six and Shipwreck. Wet Suit and Deep Six will just be 2 Elite Force SEAL figs. Torpedo here uses that same body, but has a Tunnel Rat head glued on.

SAS Troopers

Big Ben. Simply a Big Ben head put onto a Cross Hair Single pack. The "pegs" on the neck ball did need to be trimmed off. No paint. biggrin.gif

Generic SAS Trooper. Lt. Falcon (v1) head, chest and arms. The Beret was painted red. To be truely "official" I should've painted the scarf red too. The Legs/waist are Gung Ho (v16).

GI Joe

Outback. Well with my NJO Jedi coming along, what does one do with the extra Obi-Wan Kenobi heads that are too iconic for use in Star Wars? Make him a GI Joe. Just painted the hair red. The legs and waist are Leatherneck (v4), the chest is Gung Ho (v7), and the arms are Col Brekov (v1). The upper body's outer shirt was painted Medium Military Green (Model Master), and the inner shirt and pocket high lights are Testors Flat Green. The MP5 is a cast painted black and the shot gun is touched with Model Master Leather. The belt and backpack are from an Elite Force Green Beret.

Shipwreck. This is just a SpyTroops Shipwreck head glued onto an Elite Force SEAL team body.

Along with the Chief Torpedo custom from yesterday, I have a full dry seal team. (L-R) Deep Six, Wet Suit, Shipwrek, Torpedo:

I can't believe that I didn't post this sooner. Made this from a v1 LowLight gun scope, bbi rifle and flash supressor from the Duke M4/grenade gun that can be taken apart. Welded the scope to the gun by melting smaller pieces with a lighter. The flash supressor is just glued on.

this is a bit of recycling using the heads of the Elite Force SEALs on PTE SWAT team bodies (glued on). The rifles are v1 Viper rifle casts painted flat black as well. Good for night ops, urban commandos or just Cobra cannon fodder....

The Team Leader

Painted the lighter Police vest flat black.

The Cobra Blue Shirt Team.

Dusty. PTE Figure, Dusty Mission Disc head and Gung Ho v16 vest with bbi M4/m203.

Another member of my merc team (not joes, not cobras, not noks etc). Gung Ho v16 head and legs, Shipwreck torso and upper arms, Duke v11/10 lower arms. The Gun is the Cobra Commander Mission disc?

Another SAS trooper. Gung Ho v16 leg, head, and hat, Dusty Mission Disc chest, Duke v12 upper arms with Flint Lower arms

The Merc is my favorite so far, but that may change after they're painted smile.gif

Not going to paint them...there are about half dozen that need paint to be done, but they are behind the STar Wars eyes that need repainting....It includes another SAS trooper, 2 more mercs, haven't decided Psyche-out or High Tech yet, Cobra Commander, Claymore (a cobra trooper from the GI Joe episodes Traitor), Stormshadow (unmasked), Cobra Interogator and to be determined figure.

Slip Stream.

The "other" GI Joe Fighter Pilot. Ace single pack body, Comic Pack Zap head cast, Wetsuit thighs, Ace sing pack lower legs. The helmet design was an attempt at drawing afterburners with slip and stream on the sides.
