4 or 5 weeks ago, I was in my garage looking through my fodder boxes looking for a part for my most recent creation, the repulsorskiff "Niddler's Revenge" and stumbled across a gallon-sized ziplock bag full of those crappy ROC spring-loaded missile launchers (as well as some old ARAH, Iron man 2 and misc. ones mixed in). Initially, I was going to toss them in the trash as they are more or less useless, but decided to see if there was any way of salvaging them for dio parts or tech details.

This is what I came up with:

Fusion Generators

Not too shabby for stuff that was initially going to be tossed out, huh?

More diorama accessories (2 more generators and a bunch of other items) coming next week!

i've been using them for similar things, just throwing them into backs of dioramas or for ship cannons too, never thought to use bother weathering them like that though!

Great idea for all of the "useless" junk that comes from various toys. The weathering is amazing, it gives each piece new life. Will definitely have to borrow this idea some day.
