So it's true, FFURG will be at Celebration V but you won't be finding us behind a booth. This year, Dan, Tim, Jason, and I will all be at Celebration V. How will you recognize us? (well, me anyway) I'm planning to wear my C3 shirts a couple of the days.

That brings up two questions for the FFURG community.

1) Are you going to Celebration V?

2) Are people interested in FFURG T-Shirts again? I think if we do this, they will be more expensive and done through CafePress or a site like that.

Let us know by sounding off! Paul, you're up first...

Not going, no budget for t-shirt.

But anyone who wants to go to TrekFest at the end of June has a room at our new home.

I think butt-tattoos would be better identifiers than t-shirts anyways. dry.gif

Maybe it's a good thing you aren't going. We can avoid traumatizing all those poor people!

Should have stated it as fact not opinion. Also another reason not to go August humidity in Florida. I know crock pots and pressure cookers that are cooler and less sticky to hunks of meat than the air to a human being there.

I'm going. Disney CV ticket purchased, airfare is around the corner, and when I can figure out what the "special edition program" is about I can get my tickets. I'll take my best FFURG shirt. KSWCC has an event scheduled for the show, but we won't be manning a table either. They decided the best way for us to stick out is to wear black t-shirts so that we will be different from the rest of the convention. rolleyes.gif

Flying out of Lexington instead of Louisville saves me enough money to pay for the Disney tickets, so I'm really happy about that. I'm flying for just over $80 each way. Beat that Exxon!

I'll probably be wearing our various KSWCC shirts throughout the convention.

I was sooo close to being able to go. Then the cost was just too much so we moved the trip back to October. Then Disney offers a Star Wars weekend rate at one of their hotels with transportation to and from the convention, but its too late for me to try and make it happen. Now I find out that Star Tours will be closed for the remodel when I get there. angry.gif Guess it was just not in the Force for me to go. Maybe another time. You all have fun and take lots of pics.
