The best way to go is a Akiles Diamond-1 corner rounder with 1/4" radius.

The downside, it will set you back between $110 and $150.

If you follow the link in my sig, you can see examples of cards made with one.

This is what I use:

Hand-held corner rounder

WAY more sturdy than those scrapbooking ones and also less than half the price of the Achilles-style table press rounders.

Just another option.
