Well I'll try to maintain 2 blogs. The second of which I can advertise here because it does focus on my custom work.

http://pbarnycustoms.blogspot.com/

Please take the time to comment about formatting, readability, and other lay out issues. I'm willing to change some of it.

Right now it is slowly featuring older work. Hopefully will have that all up and about in the next month.

I like it. What was done to Kyle's holster though?

Paul, I like the new blog! Although it seems to me that not long ago someone told me something about how the human eye prefers black type on white background rather than the other way around. Now if only I could remember who said that...

Seriously, though it looks good. I'm looking forward to seeing more of your older stuff. I tried adding your new blog to my list of stuff, but that function keeps returning an error message telling me to try again later.

Ben, I am to blame for any problems with the holster. Basically, I hollowed it out just enough so that it looked like you might be able to stick the pistol in there. Now obviously, if you wanted a real working holster for that massive Bryar pistol, you'd have to sculpt something the size of a small carry-on bag or hollow out his entire leg. I was looking for aesthetics at the time...

Well it is the second easiest, the more I look into it. Black on yellow is the easiest apparently. I am trying to go for something ala the Star Wars Theme logo/crawl.

There's nothing wrong with what was done, just pointing it out.

I'll try to make it a bigger font or a brighter yellow.

Relax! I was kidding. I just found it amusing that you chose those colors after advising me against them. LOL!

My advice was against using a dark page background while using a dark background for the pictures. The work got lost a bit. dry.gif graduated.gif

Oh, and don't do this unless you have a job like mine (university research with boss out of town). I've had 90 minutes between expierments today and had to occupy myself with something today. Course it also means I started today at 5:30 AM and won't leave again until after 3 AM. Yeah, that's 21 hours or so.

Mostly older work posted up on the blog. It's a good way for those who don't know that I did do customs at one point. dry.gif

I posted up what I'm calling my "Juno phase" like Picasso's blue pase. pinch.gif

I can see why you call it your Juno phase! You have some good stuff there. I really like the Admiral Daala figure. Simple, yet so effective.

I'm also digging the Deena Shan figure. Ever since the first time I saw it, I have thought that Bombstrike's head was the perfect head for Deena. I'm still holding the one you traded me in reserve until I find a worthy Deena figure idea.

Seeing your Jack Bauer figure again reminded me that I need to add that head to my wish-list!

Happy customizing!

First, added a lot more work.

Next, I encourage anyone who has a google account (gmail etc) to follow everyone who's decided to go the Blogger route here. Shows support for the hobby and each other no matter the creative differences (yes there still are right and wrongs when it comes to logic and methods, but things in school shouldn't be forgotten or passed over).

Added the Vedian, 25th Joes and Weapons I posted here.

I must be big, metaphorically that is I'd still retain my same physical stature, in South America. I' picked up 2 followers from there, although I'm not current on anti-FARC sentiment.

http://pbarnycustoms.blogspot.com/2009/07/...island-set.html

I have posted some picks of regeared, and slightly tweaked of Hit&Run, Chuckles, Outback, Zap and Recondo at the link above. I regear all figures, so that's nothing new.

So enjoy, and thanks for looking.

Wow, did I neglect that thing towards the later stages of the pregnancy. Mostly had to do with computer crashing, but there it is, all done and updated with everything from here.

Added some more to it. Mostly pimping CC#60, as well as the first custom I've made in ages, Agent Faces. And yes, there's a dark background and a really dark picture, but in this case it helps!!!
