I just started collecting Lego Minifigures so i thought i'd make a couple of cardbacks.

Great work Karl. My son is into LEGOs I'll be sure to show him these. How are you planning on mounting the figures on them. I assume you're making character based fronts.

Yeah, i'll be making some character fronts in the original 70's - 80's SW, ESB and ROTJ styles for my
fav minifigures.

As for mounting the figures, i've seen a few people selling bubbles online. Another idea i had, my local super
market sells PP3 (9V) batteries, they come on a card with a bubble that would be the right size for the lego
figures, you'd just have to soak it to get the glue and excess paper off. Best of all they're a store brand and
only 30p each !!! headbanging2.gif


Does anyone have a 70's Star Wars front template, i've seen the one in the vault, but am looking for
something a bit more polished tongue.gif

This is just a rough mock-up with the bubble from the 9V battery.







The bubble is a very good fit, some of the bigger minifigures like the sandtrooper
with the back pack wont fit though.
